Tesla Ultra represents a vision of a three-passenger e-sportscar that combines revolutionary technology with refined design. The car design is distinguished by aerodynamic shaping with soft curves and harmonious interplay of concave and convex surfaces. Although the rugged chassis design, the overall impression is as simple as balanced. A specialty goes with an ostensible missing of the car glazing, which is in reality formed by a special foils smart-glass, which postulate a feeling of a part of chassis and/or painting. As a consequence, the exterior acts more as a sculptural masterpiece. Roof intersects the tail fin, which begins smoothly behind the driver's seat and up to half a meter behind the bodywork. In addition to the aesthetic function, which mimics a spine of an animal, it primarily directs the wind beliefs that arise behind the car. A similar feature is already used by super-sportcars for the 24 hours of Le Mans race. The Tesla Ultra has not a standard door as is the case with conventional cars. While a man is entering the car, a considerable part of the car body, the doors and the roof, is forced up and front thanks to its own powerful hydraulic pistons controlled by electro-motors. The entire opening process is fully automated and very friendly and comfortable for the passengers. The opening serve no mechanical door handles, but the button on the key. Due to that the design is exceptionally clear. Instead of the rearview mirrors, the built-in micro cameras monitor the area around the car and minimize the blind spots. The interior is designed for a crew of three passangers, with the driver's seat in the middle and passenger seats are on the sides and slightly behind. All driving information is projected to the driver's field of view using a head-up display. Besides the information about speed, range, navigation etc., the additional information is screened to the driver, such as interest on the local places, which passes through. It is a kind of expanded reality, which the driver can simplify and streamline the way from point A to point B. The storage space is composed of several compartments in the interior, and for example small suitcases will fit into the space behind the passenger seat.
